Stay at Sunset Resorts!

We had a fabulous time! By the way will I be able to use the 2 nights that I couldn’t get another time? I think the Training Academy process is a great opportunity for travel industry staff to get to know the resorts that they are selling and to have the opportunity to go to the resorts really helps you sell it well as there are things you can only get from being there. This is what I thought of the resort: We arrived really late (10pm) at the hotel due to slight flight delay. Our rooms where not ready but we could leave our bags and as the buffet restaurant is open late, we could go and get something to eat which was really handy.

• We got to our room which was partial resort / ocean view on the 5th floor, really great room and views (was only expecting resort view)

• The maid was really friendly as were all front of house staff and entertainers.

• A good mix of activities in the day and evening provided by the entertainers for young and old and great water sports too.

• The buffet restaurant food and service was amazing, really good selection daily, for breakfast lunch and dinner, there was something for all tastes and the waiters and waitresses and chefs provided a really excellent service.

Overall, we had a fantastic time even though it was only for 5 days, and my son had an amazing time in the water, really friendly people and very clean resort, couldn’t have asked for a better family holiday and would definitely recommend the resort and can’t wait to again! We can’t stop telling everyone about it and it was my partners first time to Jamaica and he wants to know when we can go again!
